Shipping Delays (Tariffs)

Thank you for shopping with us - we truly appreciate your support!

Due to recent changes in US import rules and tariffs, UPS is currently experiencing a significant customs backlog. As a result, packages going to the US may take 3–6 weeks just to clear customs, before the usual 1–2 week delivery time begins. As a small Canadian-owned business we have no control over the speed with which packages clear customs.

To reduce the risk of shipments being lost, we’ve decided to hold all US orders at our shipping facility until UPS confirms the backlog has cleared. In placing an order with us now you acknowledge that there will be an increased wait time for shipping. If the wait becomes too long you are welcome to cancel your order at any time, just email us at cs@psh.ca.

To combat tariff charges we have increased our minimum shipping fee to $17.50. This small increase is purely to cover brokerage charges. Duties and tariffs have been included in shipping costs and will not be charged upon delivery.

**Orders over $200 in value may not be subject to extended wait times.

We completely understand how frustrating delays can be and truly appreciate your patience. We’ll continue to share any updates from UPS as we receive them.
